The project

A Trail of Ooze is a hand-drawn point-and-click adventure game developed by Swedish indie studio Insanto Studios. Set on a small Swedish farm, the game follows Majros, a sarcastic cow on a mission to rescue her kidnapped human and unravel a mysterious ooze conspiracy. Renck Productions provided voice acting for the characters Edvin and Ilma, adding depth and personality to the game’s cast.

Insanto Studios is a small indie game studio based in Sweden, Germany, and the UK. Founded by Klara Jonsson, Johanna Wunderlich, Maria Becvar, and Markus Kaczmarek, the team brings together backgrounds in IT consulting, business informatics, illustration, and music. The studio emphasizes diverse representation and storytelling that reflects real-world issues through a whimsical lens.
